Legal proceedings and FAME MMA mediation: Sylwester Wardęga

Polish YouTuber Sylwester Wardęga is facing charges brought by the Mława District Prosecutor's Office concerning an archival 2013 video titled ‘Boobsman’. The charges involve Article 197 § 2 of the Penal Code regarding sexual acts. Wardęga has denied the allegations and disputed the legal classification of the footage, noting that previous investigations in Mława had been dismissed before being contested by higher authorities in Płock. He has provided explanations to authorities but has not pleaded guilty.

Wardęga has also detailed a long-standing conflict with the FAME MMA federation, stating the ‘Boobsman’ video was the official reason for his contract termination. In response to allegations raised by Wardęga, Kuba Wątor denied claims of manipulating women or receiving prior knowledge of specific allegations, maintaining that Wardęga’s information is untrue. FAME MMA has since confirmed it is engaged in mediation talks with Wardęga to reach an agreement. Federation representatives, including Rafał Pasternak and Krzysztof Rozpara, stated they are not parties to the ongoing misconduct proceedings and have no information on the case's progress. They also noted that cooperation with attorney Katarzyna Necel-Stempin concluded in early 2026.

Separately, financial reports regarding Boxing Challenge, linked to the Cancer Fighters foundation, have faced scrutiny. In 2025, the company's costs totaled approximately 355,100 PLN, with 218,200 PLN allocated to the salary of president Jakub Michalski. The foundation noted that Michalski ceased his role in September 2025 and that the decision to liquidate Boxing Challenge preceded recent reports.
