The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are undergoing significant roster and coaching changes heading into the 2026 season following a difficult 2025 campaign that saw them miss the playoffs. The team has hired Zac Robinson as offensive coordinator, marking the fifth different coordinator in five seasons.

On the offensive side, the team faces a new era of receiving corps following the departure of Mike Evans. The receiving group will be led by Chris Godwin, Jalen McMillan, and Emeka Egbuka. The backfield has been bolstered by the signing of running back Kenneth Gainwell to a two-year, $14 million contract.

The defense also sees major personnel shifts. Following the retirement of Lavonte David, the Buccaneers have signed linebacker Alex Anzalone, defensive lineman A’Shawn Robinson, and edge rusher Al-Quadin Muhammad. The team also bolstered its defensive line through the draft, selecting Rueben Bain Jr. with the No. 15 overall pick and linebacker Josiah Trotter in the second round.
