Tanjung Lesung SEZ expands transport and skydiving tourism

The Tanjung Lesung Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Banten is implementing new measures to improve accessibility and tourism offerings. DAMRI has officially launched a new bus route connecting Tanjung Lesung to Soekarno-Hatta International Airport to address previous limitations in public transportation.

Simultaneously, PT Banten West Java (BWJ) has partnered with PT Bro Skydive Indonesia to develop international-standard skydiving, sport aviation, and aviation tourism within the zone. The collaboration includes the allocation of approximately 9 hectares of land for infrastructure development. These initiatives aim to boost hotel occupancy and attract both domestic and international tourists to the 1,500-hectare coastal area.
