Tank Dell set to return to Texans lineup against Giants

Houston Texans wide receiver Tank Dell is set to return to the field this Sunday against the New York Giants at NRG Stadium. This marks his first game in approximately 22 months following a severe knee injury sustained in December 2024 during a game against the Kansas City Chiefs.

During that incident, Dell suffered a dislocated kneecap, tore three ligaments (ACL, MCL, and LCL), and tore his meniscus. The injury sidelined him for the entirety of the 2025 season. Texans head coach DeMeco Ryans noted that Dell has shown impressive explosiveness and speed during recent practices, stating, “He’s still quick as ever.”

Dell, a third-round pick from the 2023 NFL Draft, has recorded 98 catches for 1,376 yards and 10 touchdowns over his first two professional seasons.
