Tata launches Tiago facelift with refreshed design and new features for ICE and EV models

Tata Motors announced that the updated Tiago hatchback will be launched on 28 May. The facelift includes a redesigned exterior—sleeker headlamps, new bumpers, wheels, a slimmer grille and a slightly altered tailgate—aligned with the styling cues of the Altroz and Punch updates. Inside, the model gains a digital instrument cluster, wireless charging, an upgraded 10.25‑inch infotainment system and a new upholstery colour theme. Mechanical changes are limited to the addition of a factory‑fitted CNG option for the ICE version, which retains the 1.2‑litre Revotron petrol engine, while the EV variant is expected to offer a modest range increase and a distinct grille.

Pricing for the ICE Tiago remains between ₹5.45 Lakh and ₹8.99 Lakh (OTR Mumbai), and the Tiago EV is priced from ₹8.34 Lakh to ₹11.68 Lakh. A review of the Tiago highlighted its solid build, stylish look and fuel‑efficient performance, positioning it as Tata’s strong comeback in the budget hatchback segment.
