The second part of the 26th Outdoor Film Festival in Tavira, Portugal runs from 6 to 16 August at the Claustros of the Convent of Carmo. Organized by the Cineclube de Tavira, the program features eleven international titles, including works by Paolo Sorrentino, Joachim Trier, Lucrecia Martel, Radu Jude and others, spanning fiction, animation and documentary.

In Aracaju, Brazil, the AVBR Produções presents a free Spanish Cinema Showcase from 6 to 8 August at Cine Walmir Almeida. Four contemporary Spanish films are screened, opening with Icíar Bollaín’s "Soy Nevenka", which tells the story of the first Spanish woman to accuse a politician of sexual harassment, followed by Pilar Palomero’s "Los Destellos" and additional selections. The event highlights cultural exchange between Brazil and Spain and is supported by the Spanish Embassy.

Both festivals aim to broaden public access to acclaimed international cinema and foster dialogue between diverse film cultures.
