Tax Administration of FBiH issues 45,750 KM in fines

Inspectors from the Tax Administration of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, specifically the Novi Travnik Cantonal Tax Office, conducted 20 inspections on August 13 across Donji Vakuf, Bugojno, Kiseljak, Fojnica, and Travnik.

The inspections targeted taxpayers in the hospitality, trade, gambling, and other service sectors to ensure compliance with tax laws and fiscal systems. Findings included 38 registered workers and six unregistered workers, two businesses operating without proper permits, and nine taxpayers failing to record transactions through fiscal devices.

As a result of these irregularities, misdemeanor orders were issued in 15 of the inspections, totaling 45,750 KM in fines. The Tax Administration stated it will continue its inspections and urged taxpayers to align their business operations with current laws.
