Tax relief programs launched in Buenos Aires and Formosa

The Buenos Aires Collection Agency (ARBA) has announced a special payment plan starting Monday, October 26, offering discounts of up to 40% to help families, businesses, and companies regularize tax debts. The initiative covers Gross Income, Stamp Tax, Real Estate, Automotive, and Sporting Vessel taxes. The program includes debts due up to December 31, 2025, and certain obligations for 2026. Discounts are tiered, with the highest benefits available for cash payments during the initial weeks.

In Formosa, the Municipality has set an October 31 deadline for a tax relief program covering municipal service fees, real estate taxes, patents, and commercial activity contributions. The program offers a 30% discount on debts from 2021, 2022, and 2023, a 20% discount for 2024 and 2025, and a 35% interest discount for 2026. Residents can access financing through up to 15 installments via credit cards or municipal plans.
