Tay Ninh hosts investment conference with 500 companies
The Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee held an investment promotion conference on August 28, attended by Vice Prime Minister Le Tien Chau and more than 500 domestic and foreign companies. The event highlighted the province's geoeconomic potential, noting its proximity to Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, the Mekong Delta, and the Cambodian border, as well as access to the Long An international port.
Vice Prime Minister Le Tien Chau urged the province to focus on ensuring resource availability, improving the business environment, and reducing administrative costs and time. He emphasized transitioning from a management-oriented approach to one focused on facilitating development and public services. Key priorities include developing strategic transport infrastructure, industrial parks, and logistics chains. Currently, Tay Ninh has 34 industrial zones that have attracted over 2,600 projects.
