In its first phase, the consortium intends to invest $3.5 billion to develop a 100MW facility, with a target groundbreaking date in the fourth quarter of 2026 and commercial operations beginning in 2027.

The consortium is currently working with Tay Ninh authorities and the power sector to finalize power supply plans and necessary regulatory mechanisms to complete the project dossier for investment policy approval.
