TDCX opens new AI-enabled campus in Foshan, China

TDCX, a global customer experience solutions firm, opened its sixth Chinese center in Foshan on September 2, 2026. The new campus is designed to serve as an AI-enabled hub within the Greater Bay Area.

The facility aims to support Hong Kong businesses by providing a scalable, Cantonese-capable delivery hub located near Central. Additionally, it is positioned to assist mainland Chinese enterprises in the region by offering access to AI-enabled customer experience and growth operations.

Foshan was chosen due to its large pool of Cantonese and Mandarin-speaking talent and its integration into the regional technology and AI ecosystem. The expansion allows clients across the border faster access to talent and TDCX’s proprietary AI solutions for B2B growth.
