TDCX opens second Hyderabad campus in India

TDCX, a global customer experience solutions firm, has opened its second campus in Hyderabad, India, located at Meenakshi Eco Park. This expansion follows a more than 600% increase in the company’s India headcount over the last three years.

The new site establishes India as TDCX’s fourth-largest operations base. The company cited Hyderabad’s technology ecosystem and talent pool as key drivers for the expansion. According to company executives, the move reflects a shift in how global clients view the Indian market, moving from cost arbitrage toward utilizing skilled talent for complex technology-enabled workflows.

The India Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) market, valued at approximately US$18.7 billion in 2024, is projected to reach US$51 billion by 2035.
