Tešanj introduces free public Wi-Fi via EU-funded initiative

The Municipality of Tešanj has introduced free public Wi-Fi services in the City Park and on 1. mart Square. The service is also scheduled to become available in Jelava in the coming days.

These hotspots are part of the WiFi4WB initiative, which is funded by the European Union and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany and implemented by GIZ as part of the EU4Digital project. The goal of the initiative is to provide free public internet access across Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Western Balkans. Tešanj is among 500 regional locations receiving the WiFi4WB network, modeled after the EU's WiFi4EU program.
