Tech Invest Egypt 6 to discuss AI and digital economy in Cairo

Cairo is set to host the sixth edition of the Tech Invest Egypt conference on September 7, 2026. Held under the theme ‘Empowering Competencies... Developing Investments,’ the event is organized by the General Division of Digital Economy and Technology at the Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce, in strategic partnership with the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA).

The conference, held under the auspices of the Minister of Communications and Information Technology, aims to bolster investment in the technology sector, support startups, and accelerate Egypt’s digital economy growth. It will bring together government officials, private sector representatives, investors, entrepreneurs, and academic institutions.

The program includes four specialized discussion sessions:

1. Investment in Egypt’s IT sector, focusing on business environment improvements and attracting investment. 2. Artificial intelligence strategies within companies, emphasizing innovation and productivity. 3. Scaling pathways for startups, covering financing tools and support mechanisms for high-impact companies. 4. Personal data protection laws and executive regulations, seeking a balance between data usage for innovation and user privacy.
