TechFuture 2026 exhibition opens in Hanoi
The TechFuture 2026 Strategic Technology Exhibition and Forum opened at the Vietnam Exhibition Center (VEC) in Hanoi, running from September 9 to 11. Part of Vietnam Industry and Technology Week 2026, the event features nearly 600 booths from over 300 enterprises across Vietnam, China, Taiwan, and South Korea.
The exhibition is organized into specialized zones. Hall 4 focuses on high-tech sectors including clean energy, electric vehicles, AI, robotics, semiconductors, and the digital economy. A notable section, UAV VIETNAM 2026, showcases unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) designed for civil and security tasks such as smart agriculture, logistics, and disaster response. Featured technologies include the Horus P02, a vertical take-off and landing UAV capable of 120-minute flights for wide-area surveillance.
Organized by the Vietnam Innovation Hub (VIH) in collaboration with VAMOBA, UNUP, NSSC, and Global Expo, the event aims to build endogenous capacity in strategic technologies. Officials emphasized the importance of digital and green transitions, with VAMOBA targeting a significant increase in electric vehicle production by 2030.
