Technotrans, a thermomanagement specialist, began its 2026 apprenticeship program with 34 new trainees. Eighteen of them started at the company’s headquarters in Sassenberg, while others began at sites in Meinerzhagen, Bad Doberan and Baden‑Baden. The group now employs 112 apprentices across all locations.

Two of the new dual‑study students are former technotrans apprentices who are continuing their education alongside their training. Technotrans offers 25 different apprenticeship specialties, including five dual‑study programmes. Some locations start the apprenticeship year on 1 September. The company is also expanding its recruitment outreach through an official Instagram career profile and school‑cooperation initiatives.
