Tecno launches POVA AI Buds Pro with AI summarization

Tecno has officially launched the POVA AI Buds Pro in India, introducing earbuds equipped with integrated artificial intelligence for recording and summarizing calls and meetings. The device features AI-driven capabilities such as providing full conversation transcripts, generating summaries, and creating visual mind maps of recorded notes. It also supports real-time translation for up to 78 languages.

Key hardware specifications include an eight-microphone setup with a dedicated Voice Pickup Unit, 48dB hybrid active noise cancellation, and Hi-Res audio support via the LHDC codec. The earbuds offer up to 40 hours of battery life with the charging case and support both USB Type-C and wireless charging. Additionally, the device includes a ‘Quick Note’ feature that allows users to start recording instantly via a dedicated control on the case.

Arijeet Talapatra, CEO of TECNO Mobile India, stated that the vision for the product is to create a smarter companion that helps users capture conversations and recall details effortlessly without disrupting their workflow.
