Teggiano readies 31st ‘Alla Tavola della Principessa Costanza’ festival

The Pro Loco of Teggiano is finalising preparations for the 31st edition of the historic reenactment event “Alla Tavola della Principessa Costanza”, scheduled for August 11‑13. The celebration will feature the all‑female Tamburine dello Stato di Diano and the Sbandieratori e Musici dello Stato di Diano, groups that have become emblematic of the town’s cultural heritage.

Organisers stress that the festival is a vehicle for youth engagement, offering young residents a place to train, develop teamwork and act as ambassadors for the Vallo di Diano region. The performances, which have previously travelled to numerous Italian regions, aim to promote Teggiano and its surrounding area beyond Campania, drawing thousands of spectators each year.
