Telekom rebrands OTE Group and announces €3 billion investment in Greece

The OTE Group has officially transitioned its commercial brand from Cosmote Telekom to Telekom. This rebranding marks a strategic shift toward integrating advanced digital technologies, including artificial intelligence, and aims to position the company as a leading digital telecommunications provider in Europe.

During a visit to Athens, Telekom Group CEO Tim Höttges met with Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis to discuss the group's investment roadmap. Telekom has committed to investing €3 billion in Greece through 2030, with annual investments of approximately €600 million focused on expanding 5G and fiber-optic networks.

The transition includes a visual overhaul, adopting the signature magenta color across all customer touchpoints. The rebranding is intended to unify the group's identity and leverage global technological strength alongside its Greek heritage to drive national digitalization.
