Teletón Chile announces 2026 programming and technological updates

The Teletón solidarity campaign has released its programming schedule for the upcoming 27-hour broadcast on November 6 and 7, 2026. Directed by Juan Pablo González, the event will feature five thematic blocks including music and humor, a closing spectacle at the Estadio Nacional, and participation from the Digitón and Pulso Regional initiatives.

Musical performers such as Tito El Bambino, Luciano Pereyra, Pandora, SINAKA, and Santaferia are scheduled to appear. The program also includes traditional activities like Mario Kreutzberger’s breakfast with social organizations and the Banco de Chile–Visa 2026 family run.

In terms of rehabilitation advancements, virtual reality technology has supported over 4,000 patient sessions since 2023. Implemented in 14 Teletón centers through a collaboration with Claro Chile and Kinesix VR, this technology uses specialized software to provide over 300 therapeutic exercises. These tools aim to improve cognitive and motor skills through gamified environments, allowing some patients to continue rehabilitation remotely via tablets and VR headsets.
