Teletón Foundation launches solidarity tours in Chile and Paraguay

The Teletón Foundation has initiated regional tours to promote its upcoming solidarity marathons. In Chile, the ‘Gira Teletón’ began its southern route using a traditional solidarity train departing from Estación Central. Accompanied by artists, influencers, and campaign ambassador Iaán Calderón, the tour includes stops in Rancagua and Talca to encourage public participation in the November 6-7 event. Mario Kreutzberger noted the historical significance of this year's campaign, as the Chilean Congress unanimously declared the first Saturday of November as the National Teletón Day.

In Paraguay, the Teletón tour concluded a journey through several departments, including Paraguarí, Caazapá, Independencia, Villarrica, and San Juan del Paraná. The tour focused on sharing stories of rehabilitation and inclusion under the campaign theme, “¿Y si lo hacemos por una familia más? Familia por familia”. The initiative featured community encounters, the presentation of the official 2026 marathon spot, and a solidarity concert in Villarrica to prepare the public for the upcoming national event.
