Telkomsel concludes 10th IndonesiaNEXT Summit focused on AI talents

Telkomsel has concluded the tenth year of its IndonesiaNEXT corporate social responsibility program with the IndonesiaNEXT Summit 2026 in Jakarta. The program, themed ‘AI Driven Digital Talents’, aims to equip university students with artificial intelligence (AI) competencies, industry experience, and collaborative skills to address real-world digital challenges.

The selection process began in April 2026 with 8,916 students participating in the initial stages. From this group, 1,000 participants underwent onboarding, 300 pursued international certification and competency enrichment, and 99 took part in a digital hackathon. The program culminated in the selection of 24 top digital talents from various universities, organized into eight teams.

Each team utilized a specific product development structure consisting of ‘Hackers’ (technology developers), ‘Hipsters’ (user experience designers), and ‘Hustlers’ (product managers and sustainability modelers). Prior to the summit, participants attended an offline bootcamp from September 1–3, 2026, focusing on the Telkomsel AI ecosystem, product development, professional ethics, data protection, and presentation techniques.
