TEMIC releases new single ‘Broken’ ahead of upcoming album Ceiba

Progressive metal supergroup TEMIC has released ‘Broken’, the second advanced single from their upcoming album, Ceiba. The album is scheduled for release on October 2, 2026, via the Season of Mist label.

Vocalist Fredrik Klemp described the song as being built on overwhelming emotion and honesty, noting that the track was written instinctively in 30 minutes. The album’s theme centers on mortality, drawing inspiration from the sacred Ceiba tree in Mayan culture, which symbolizes the connection between earth, heaven, and the underworld.

The music video for ‘Broken’ was directed and edited by Cesar Mindiburu. Following the release, the band is set to perform new material during their 2026 European tour, featuring special guests Kingcrow.
