TEMSA exports battery technology to Czech Republic

TEMSA has exported its high-voltage battery technology to the Czech Republic as part of a project for the Škoda Group. The shipment includes 50 battery packs and 10 power distribution units, totaling approximately 5 MWh.

This delivery marks a strategic milestone for TEMSA, representing its first export of components other than complete vehicles. CEO Evren Güzel stated that the shipment demonstrates the company’s transition into a technology exporter, highlighting its engineering and R&D capabilities in the electric mobility sector.

TEMSA develops all its battery technologies in-house and is expanding its electrification expertise beyond land transport into maritime, agriculture, and aviation sectors. The company currently maintains a net export volume of $149 million.
