Tender launched for Thessaloniki International Fair redevelopment

The Project Preparation Facility (PPF) of the Hellenic Company of Participations and Assets (EE SY.P. AE) has published the tender for the complete redevelopment of the DETH‑HELEXPO site in Thessaloniki. The project, funded through the Development Programme for Public Investments under the National Development Programme (EPA 2026‑2030), has a total budget of €204.6 million (including VAT).

The scope includes a modern exhibition and conference centre built to international standards, extensive public green spaces, a 120‑hectare metropolitan park, and two bioclimatic exhibition buildings of about 43,000 m², to be carried out in three phases so that existing activities continue. Offers must be submitted by 11:00 a.m. on 21 September 2026.
