Ternana Women prepare for Coppa Italia debut against Catania

Ternana Women is set to make its Coppa Italia debut this Sunday against Catania at the Massimino stadium. Following their participation in the Women’s Cup, the team is using this match as a key step in their preparation for the upcoming Serie A season.

Coach Marino Defendi has utilized the recent two-week break to refine tactical concepts and prepare specifically for the Sicilian opponent. Defendi expressed respect for Catania, noting their recent 6-1 victory in the preliminary round, but emphasized that the objective is to secure a win to advance in the competition.
