Tesla updates Model 3 range and Model Y interior in Europe

Tesla has introduced several updates to its European vehicle lineup, primarily focusing on efficiency improvements for the Model 3 and interior changes for the Model Y.

The base rear-wheel-drive Model 3 has seen its WLTP range increase from 534 km to 572 km. This 38 km gain is attributed to the adoption of new Giti tires with lower rolling resistance rather than changes to the battery or motor. This update also reduces energy consumption to approximately 12.1–12.2 kWh/100 km.

For the Model Y Premium, Tesla is replacing the white interior option with a new ‘Zen Grey’ cabin. This microsuede and textile decor covers the center console, door handles, and armrests, and is available as an option for approximately €1,200. The change has appeared in configurators across multiple European markets.
