TF1 to broadcast historical film ‘Oradour’ starring Matt Pokora

TF1 has announced the broadcast date for the historical television film ‘Oradour’, starring singer and actor Matt Pokora. The production is scheduled to air on Thursday, September 24, 2026.

The film depicts the events leading up to the Oradour massacre, a tragedy that resulted in over 600 victims. Pokora portrays an officer of the Free French Forces on a mission in the region, where he reunites with a former love, Marie, played by Caroline Anglade.

Co-produced by Pokora, the project was filmed in Belgium. The actor reportedly met with Robert Hébras, one of the last survivors of the massacre, in 2022 to research the historical context of the tragedy.
