Thai Nguyen to auction land reclaimed from Trung Tin JSC

The Thai Nguyen provincial government has approved a plan to auction several land plots in 2026, totaling 3.0657 hectares. A key portion of this includes a 0.299-hectare plot in Phan Dinh Phung ward, which was reclaimed from Trung Tin Joint Stock Company due to years of project delays. The site currently contains an unfinished three-story building.

Other plots designated for auction include a 0.468-hectare area for the Cho Che Commercial and Service Project in Phu Luong commune, a 0.3646-hectare plot in Tich Luong ward, and a 0.3111-hectare plot in Gia Sang ward. Additionally, a 1.623-hectare site belonging to the Sports Training and Competition Center will be auctioned to select investors for residential and commercial projects. The provincial authorities have mandated that all auction processes must ensure transparency and legal compliance.
