The floods have significantly disrupted aviation at Suvarnabhumi Airport. Staff shortages due to flooded roads have caused major ground handling issues, leaving approximately 5,600 pieces of luggage unprocessed. Thai Airways has announced extensive flight cancellations for domestic and international routes through October 1, affecting destinations including Germany, Belgium, and Singapore.
