Thailand rejects appeal by French national Kevin Dimino against expulsion
Thai Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul has rejected an appeal by French national Kevin Dimino against his expulsion from Thailand. The decision, confirmed in a letter from the Prime Minister’s Office, maintains the deportation order originally issued on September 7.
Dimino, the operator of Samui Exotic Park on Koh Samui, faces allegations of behavior contrary to public order, good morals, and public welfare. According to the Ministry of Interior, the accusations include harassing and threatening staff at a local language school, attacking a Turkish national with a knife, and behaving aggressively toward tourists.
While the appeal to cancel or suspend the expulsion was denied, Dimino retains the right to contest the decision through the administrative court. The Ministry of Interior is tasked with notifying him of the rejection and his legal options.
