Thang Long Boulevard traffic adjustments near Dan Hoai Bridge
The Hanoi Department of Construction has announced temporary traffic adjustments on Thang Long Boulevard near Dan Hoai Bridge (Km11+189) to facilitate infrastructure repairs. The project, scheduled to last 45 consecutive days from September 4 to October 19, involves repairing bridge expansion joints and resurfacing the right-side highway between Km10+150 and Km12+500.
Construction will be conducted in phases, working on one half of the road at a time to maintain traffic flow. During Phase 1, vehicles traveling from Lang toward Hoa Lac will be prohibited from entering the construction zones on the right highway and left service road. In Phase 2, restrictions will apply to vehicles traveling from Hoa Lac toward Lang on the left highway and right service road.
Authorities have instructed contractors to implement safety measures, including signage, barriers, warning lights, and traffic guides. Construction must pause during heavy rain or low visibility to ensure public safety.
