The Africa Jobs Fund targets income growth via manufacturing and labor mobility
The Africa Jobs Fund is working to catalyze high-impact companies designed to increase incomes across Africa. The fund focuses on two primary sectors: export manufacturing and international labor mobility.
The organization aims to mobilize $100 million toward these sectors in the coming years. Through venture-building and catalytic investments in existing companies, the fund intends to create $50 billion in income gains for African workers and double the lifetime incomes of more than 250,000 low-income individuals.
