The Apothecary Diaries surpasses 57 million copies in global sales

The popular series ‘The Apothecary Diaries’ has surpassed 57 million copies in cumulative global sales. This milestone includes the original light novels and manga versions translated into 16 different languages.

Following the success of the first two anime seasons, a third season of the TV anime has been announced. The third season will be split into two cours, with the first part scheduled to begin broadcasting on Nippon TV on October 2, 2026, and the second part following in April 2027.

Additionally, a new theatrical film titled ‘The Apothecary Diaries: The Deceased Concubine’s Treasure’ is set for release on December 11, 2026. The film will feature a completely original story written by the series creator, Natsu Hyuga.
