The Boxery expands packaging inventory to address shipping costs and fragility

The Boxery, a U.S.-based supplier of packaging and shipping materials, has announced updates to its inventory to address evolving e-commerce needs. The company is highlighting flat mailers as a solution for sellers looking to mitigate dimensional weight charges. These charges, which are increasingly applied by parcel carriers based on package size rather than physical weight, can disproportionately affect shipments of lightweight but bulky items.

Additionally, the company has expanded its stock of foam packaging, including sheets and rolls. This expansion aims to provide better protection for fragile electronics and glassware, addressing concerns regarding shipping damage and high return rates for small and mid-sized retailers. The new inventory is available for immediate order through the company’s U.S. warehouse network.
