The Hague hosts Cybersecurity Week with diverse digital safety events

The Hague is hosting Cybersecurity Week during the first week of October, featuring more than fifteen diverse events. The program aims to highlight the city's status as an international cybersecurity hub where public and private organizations, research institutions, and professionals collaborate on digital safety and innovation.

The week includes specialized activities for various groups: the ONE Conference for international professionals, business networking sessions for investors and companies, and the The Hague Policy Hackathon for students. Additionally, 120 ethical hackers will participate in ‘Hâck the Hague’ to test the municipality's digital systems. For the general public, programs include ‘HackShield’ for children and practical sessions for residents and small business owners to improve protection against cyber incidents.
