The Linda Lindas announce new album and upcoming performance

The Los Angeles-based punk quartet The Linda Lindas is preparing to release their third album, ‘Gotta Get Out’, following a move from independent label Epitaph to the major label Reprise. The band members, including Lucia de la Garza and Mila de la Garza, noted that the transition allows them to retain rights to their master recordings while maintaining their creative direction and diverse musical styles.

As part of their upcoming activities, The Linda Lindas are scheduled to perform at Summit Music Hall on September 23. They will be joined by the Denver-based pop punk band Capture This and the American punk rock band VIAL. The lineup, which features predominantly non-male fronted bands, has been highlighted by the performers as an important step for representation within the historically male-dominated punk and alternative music scenes.
