The Relic: First Guardian to launch on Xbox and Switch 2

Project Cloud Games and publisher Perp Games have announced new release dates and pricing updates for the dark fantasy action RPG, The Relic: First Guardian.

The game is scheduled to launch on Xbox Series X|S on September 25, featuring Xbox Play Anywhere support. A version for the Nintendo Switch 2 is set to arrive on October 9.

In conjunction with these new platform releases, the digital versions for PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam will see a price reduction from $49.99 to $34.99, effective August 26. Players who purchased the game on PlayStation 5 or PC at the original price before August 26 will receive an exclusive Sealing Stone. This item unlocks a unique dungeon, including a specific story, a boss battle, and exclusive items.

The developers noted that a major update is also underway to incorporate community feedback and prepare the title for its expansion to new platforms.
