Winnie the Pooh celebrates 100th anniversary with themed events in Japan

To celebrate the 100th anniversary of the original Winnie the Pooh stories by A. A. Milne, Disney is hosting special events and releasing new merchandise in Japan.

At Disney HARVEST MARKET locations in Shibuya Hikarie and Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse, themed afternoon tea sets and special menus are available through late September. These offerings include themed food, smoothies, and drinks inspired by characters like Tigger, Piglet, and Eeyore. Customers can also enjoy specially decorated dining areas and purchase limited-edition items such as chocolate tins.

Additionally, a new collection of Winnie the Pooh lifestyle goods is scheduled for release in late September. The lineup includes square shoulder bags, embroidered pouches, and eco-bags featuring retro-pop designs and honey-inspired color palettes.
