Thermal baths in Entre Ríos give 2‑for‑1 entry to Uruguayan tourists
The provincial tourism board CODESAL announced a limited‑time promotion for Uruguayans to visit the Termas del Ayuí and the Parque Acuático in Entre Ríos. For the remainder of June and all of July, visitors who present a Uruguayan ID can enter at a 2‑for‑1 rate. The campaign, promoted in Paysandú and supported by the Argentine consulate, aims to attract families from across the Río Uruguay during the winter holidays and boost regional economic activity.
A similar discount scheme was approved by the municipal council of Federación, offering a 50 % reduction (US$11.85) to residents of the Salto Grande corridor (Salto, Concordia, Federación and Colón) and a 30 % reduction (US$16.60) to other Argentine and Uruguayan visitors. The joint public‑private effort seeks to position Entre Ríos as a key binational tourism destination on the Salto Grande corridor.
