Thessaloniki International Fair hosts regional and commercial delegations

The 90th Thessaloniki International Fair (DIET) features significant participation from regional authorities and commercial institutions. The Attica Region, represented by Governor Nikos Hardalias, inaugurated its pavilion alongside Minister of National Economy and Finance Kyriakos Pierrakakis to showcase the region's developmental and social projects across its 66 municipalities.

Additionally, the Serres Chamber of Commerce participated in the General Assembly of the Hellenic Confederation of Commerce and Industry (KEEΕ) held in Thessaloniki. During the assembly, discussions focused on strengthening entrepreneurship and improving chamber services. Athanasios Malliaras, President of the Serres Chamber, spoke regarding the prospects for the Greek Presidency of the Council of the European Union in 2027, emphasizing Greece's potential role as a business bridge between the EU and the Balkans.
