Thái Nguyên police retrieve 14 million VND for Nguyen Thi Ngan

The police in Thanh Mai commune, Thái Nguyên province intervened after Nguyen Thi Ngan, a resident of Hanoi, mistakenly transferred 14 million VND to an incorrect account while paying for garment‑making services. Upon receiving her complaint, officers quickly verified the recipient’s identity, contacted the account holder and facilitated the return of the full amount.
