Three companies fined over 11 billion VND for tax violations

Three companies, including Da Nang House Development Investment Joint Stock Company (NDN), Nam Tan Uyen Industrial Park Joint Stock Company, and 911 Group Joint Stock Company, have been ordered to pay over 11 billion VND in tax arrears, fines, and late payment fees.

Da Nang tax authorities penalized NDN for administrative violations involving incorrect tax declarations and improper invoicing. The company was ordered to pay over 424 million VND in total, including corporate income tax arrears and administrative fines.

Nam Tan Uyen Industrial Park Joint Stock Company was sanctioned for more than 9.6 billion VND. While the specific violations were not detailed, the company stated it has fulfilled its obligations by paying the full amount to the state budget. 911 Group Joint Stock Company was also cited by Hanoi tax authorities for incorrect declarations.
