Three O'Clock coffee chain expands internationally via franchising

Three O'Clock, a 24/7 coffee, tea, and bakery chain founded in Ho Chi Minh City in 2016 by Thuận Nguyễn, is expanding internationally through a franchising model. Rather than opening individual locations independently, the brand is partnering with local experts in foreign markets to navigate local business laws, supply chains, and consumer preferences.

The brand exports its operational framework, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) systems, and brewing manuals. A key milestone in this expansion includes a strategic partnership with FranGlobal in January 2025, which facilitated the brand's entry into the Indian market.
