Various regional health service updates across Argentina

Multiple regions in Argentina are reporting updates regarding primary healthcare services and infrastructure. In Las Palmas, Chaco, new initiatives aim to provide free pediatric health services and legal counseling to families in the Bermejo department to reduce the need for travel to Resistencia.

In Chubut, the Ruca Calil Primary Health Care Center (CAPS) in Puerto Madryn has reached 80% completion in its remodeling project, which includes improved acoustics, security systems, and new multi-purpose spaces. Meanwhile, in Tierra del Fuego, health centers in Ushuaia and Río Grande have released weekend service schedules covering nursing, general medicine, and vaccinations.

In other regions, the municipality of Concepción del Uruguay reported over 52,000 medical consultations through its network of six primary health centers since the beginning of 2026. Additionally, in Chapadmalal, local officials have committed to ensuring the continuity of the local primary health center following changes to the management of the surrounding tourist complex.
