Tierra del Fuego celebrates Integrated Centers in Ushuaia
The Government of Tierra del Fuego held a celebration at the Primeras Aventuras Child Development Center in Ushuaia to mark the month of Integrated Centers. The event brought together children and their families for a day of games and community activities.
These centers, which include Early Childhood Care Centers and Family Action Centers, are key components of the province's policies for the promotion, prevention, and support of children's rights. Managed by the Organism for the Protection of the Rights of Children and Adolescents, these facilities aim to provide care, strengthen family bonds, and identify potential vulnerabilities early.
Gustavo Rodríguez, the Secretary of Childhood, Adolescence, and Family for the Southern Zone, stated that these centers represent a proximity-based public policy that strengthens community capacities and promotes protective environments. The provincial government continues to work on strengthening these territorial devices as part of an integral policy for the protection of rights.
