Tierra del Fuego implements AI training for public administration

The province of Tierra del Fuego is implementing a digital transformation plan focused on training future state agents in artificial intelligence. In collaboration with FEDERAI, the province has launched a program for graduates of technical institutions to prepare them for AI integration in sectors such as health, education, and security. The initiative aims to transition the state from a reactive to a proactive model by utilizing large volumes of data to anticipate citizen needs.

Complementing these efforts, the Provincial Institute of Public Administration (IPAP) is expanding its training offerings to strengthen state capacities. This includes the launch of two specialized diplomas in artificial intelligence and several self-managed courses. New training modules cover topics such as strategic communication, decision-making, and advanced office software, as well as administrative management through the SIGES system.
