TİGEM to auction 15 purebred Arabian racehorse foals

The General Directorate of Agricultural Enterprises (TİGEM), specifically the Sultansuyu Agricultural Enterprise Directorate, has announced an auction for 15 male purebred elite Arabian racehorse foals.

The auction is scheduled to take place on September 22, 2026, at the Veliefendi Racecourse in Istanbul. The sale will utilize a hybrid model, allowing for both physical and online participation via the E-Tay Sales Platform.

Each foal will be sold individually. A temporary guarantee of 400,000 Turkish Lira is required for each foal. Prospective bidders must complete registration and receive approval from TİGEM to participate online. All taxes, stamp duties, and legal expenses associated with the auction are the responsibility of the buyer.
