Tijuana hosts various charitable community events

Various community and charitable events are scheduled in Tijuana to support local social, educational, and health initiatives.

The Club Rotario Tijuana will host its 42nd Annual Rubio Cancer Center Golf Tournament on September 25 at the Club Campestre de Tijuana. The event aims to raise funds for education and health projects benefiting vulnerable children and communities. Previous proceeds have supported school infrastructure and organizations such as Fundación Castro-Limón.

CETYS Universidad Campus Tijuana is organizing the fourth edition of the CETYS Trail Running on October 3 at Parque Esperanto. The event includes 5km and 10km races and serves to raise funds for the institution's Scholarship Fund while promoting healthy lifestyles.

Additionally, the Fundación Cuidados Paliativos will hold a “Noche Retro con Amor” event on September 11 at Salón Voga. This 1980s-themed fundraiser is designed to support the foundation's palliative care services, which include medical, psychological, and physical therapy for patients facing life-limiting illnesses.
