Municipal president Abdiel Gutiérrez Coronado attended the graduation ceremony of the Centro de Bachillerato Tecnológico Industrial y de Servicios (CBTis) 146 in Tijuana. In his speech he highlighted the students' discipline and the support of the municipal government and the state‑run DGETI, noting that the mayor himself is a DGETI alumnus. The ceremony at the Arena Zonkeys also recognized the top‑performing student, Dana Sofía Alcantar Castro, and honored teachers and parents.
In Camargo, Chihuahua, the municipal government oversaw the graduation of CBTis 143, awarding diplomas to 291 students. The event was part of a broader series of community initiatives that included the renovation of the Salón Ejidal in Los Reyes and a subsidized basic‑goods program.
